Client Operations & Customer Success

Eric Petre is a Pittsburgh-based client operations and customer success professional with fifteen years of experience across restaurant leadership, hospitality, and institutional financial services.
Eric spent six years at Primanti Brothers, the Pittsburgh institution that has been feeding the city for nearly a century, working his way from Shift Supervisor through Assistant General Manager to General Manager at the Grove City location, the highest-volume restaurant in the entire system. In that role he managed a team of 70 to 80 people with full accountability for P&L, labor costs, food costs, and EBITA targets, reported directly to the Director of Operations, and was trusted enough to join the corporate opening team helping launch new locations across the system.
In 2021 Eric transitioned into financial services. After managing client-facing real estate closings and escrow transactions at Empower Settlement Services, he joined BNY, one of the largest financial institutions in the world, where he has spent the past four years managing client operations and transaction processing workflows at an institutional level.
What connects all of it is a consistent thread across every role: operations, client relationships, delivering results under pressure, and understanding what it actually takes to keep a business running when the margin for error is small.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Slippery Rock University’s College of Business Administration and is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
